CHEF DE PARTIE

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our dishes while working collaboratively with a team that values tradition, skill, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a chef in a busy restaurant environment

  • Strong pasta-making skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • The ability to work autonomously and efficiently

  • A positive attitude, humility, and a willingness to learn
