Head chef Luca is the only one to this day who knows the recipe.

Most of our products are locally sourced, just like the beautiful zucchini flowers from Ramarro Farm.
Years of travel and testing have led us to create a kitchen with the best products and virtually no waste, utilising more than 90% of our resources.
